Welcome to the Countryside Baptist nursery! We are so excited to have your child with us as you enjoy the service. Our nursery is always staffed by two background checked workers who have a heart for infants and toddlers. Your child will have not only their physical needs met, but we will also strive to meet their growing spiritual ones as well, through the reading of Bible stories, listening to beautiful praise music, and through coloring pages, etc.
In addition, we appreciate your following our nursery guidelines. It is important to us that our nursery is a safe place for children and workers alike; thank you so much for your cooperation in this. We hope that you enjoy your time with us , and thank you for letting us care for your child!
We would appreciate it if you allowed your child to remain at home if they exhibit the following symptoms:
Temperature – If your child has a temperature above 100 degrees
Drainage – Yellow or green drainage
Bacterial Infections (i.e., ear infections) – If your child has been on antibiotics for less than 24 hours
Gastrointestinal (i.e., nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) – If your child has been symptom free for less than 24 hours
- If this is the first time your child has visited our nursery, please fill out a registration form so that we can do our best to meet your child’s needs. The registration form is available below, if you would like to pre-register.
- You will be given a pager so that we can contact you if necessary
- Please provide a change of clothes and a bottle if your child is bottle feeding. Our nursery provides snacks for our older attendees.
- Nursery worker feeding is limited to bottle feeding of infants and providing snacks and water to toddlers. Workers are not prepared to spoon feed cereal/foods.
- Only parents/guardians may pick up children from the nursery. Children will not be released to siblings.
- Please pick up children as soon as possible at the conclusion of service as workers may have other commitments.
- For the safety of all children in the nursery, only scheduled nursery volunteers and children under four are allowed in the nursery with the exception of nursing mothers or when a parent or guardian has been called to assist with a child.
